Yet another depressing poem. Another one of my faves.
Depression swallows you in whole
In a sea of blood
Throwing all the weight on your chest
Struggling with every stuttered breath
Your body shuts down controlling only emotion
Everything is living a nightmare
Only dream of good luck
Wheezing lungs stick pins through hearts
To hear the broken be shattered
And the only beat
Will be the blood dripping from your heart of broken memory
Maybe will become never
Never will become always
Maybe I’ll die
Never have I tried suicide
I’ve always died
I’ve died all ways
Ah, nothing better than pain captured by pen...
